Natalie has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for more than ten years and takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their goals. She enjoys challenging people to reach new fitness levels and showing them how to attain the highest efficiency with their workouts using functional movements, HIIT training, and body weight exercises.
