After two years of running and assisting Fluent Fitness workouts at Washington Park, and Fitness in the City camps around the Denver area, Stefan joined the Fluent Fitness team full time in 2013. Stefan specializes in small group training, large scale functional bootcamps, and is a NASM certified personal trainer. Stefan is an avid sports fan who is intrigued by the world of sports performance and fitness. He participates in events around Colorado including the Bolder Boulder 10K, Tough Mudder, and various other races around the state. Stefan is passionate about pushing and optimizing his personal fitness and wellness limits, as well as those of his clients.
Natalie has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for more than ten years and takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their goals. She enjoys challenging people to reach new fitness levels and showing them how to attain the highest efficiency with their workouts using functional movements, HIIT training, and body weight exercises. Natalie’s programs generate maximum results! She provides her clients with constant motivation and coaching. Natalie holds a Master's degree in Exercise Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. She's an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified group fitness instructor, and holds certifications in Spinning, TRX, BodyPump, and Level 1 Kettlebells. Tara Laferrara is inspired by movement and fun. With her innovative workouts and drive to make working out more fun for others, she brings her personality to her passion of fitness. She started her journey to group and personal functional fitness training as a track athlete in high school and at the collegiate level. Since then, she has acquired certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine including CPT and CES. Tara trains out of Fitness in the City and anywhere there’s a space to move your body. Eric Waller has been involved with fitness for the last eight years. He started in the fitness industry at the University of Kansas where he played collegiate rugby and received his bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Since then he earned three other certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine including CPT, PES and CES. His passion for fitness stems from his athletic background and also his need to help others. Eric trains with a very wide variety of clientele including weight loss, sports performance, rehab and your weekend warriors. Group fitness is also something he truly enjoys doing because of the energy, great music and intensity that is created within each session.
Adam Schafer is a Denver native who entered the fitness industry in 2013. Adam is an NASM certified personal trainer and licensed high school soccer coach that is passionate about fitness and sports performance. Along with personal training and running classes at FITC, Adam coaches boys and girls soccer at Montbello High School and plays in recreational leagues in the Denver area.
Jaci grew up playing sports and went on to run track at Nebraska Wesleyan where she earned her degree in Exercise Science. With experience coaching in youth sports and a local running club, she has brought her passion for fitness and performance to group exercise classes, and loves to motivate clients and push themselves to reach their goals.
Jaci is an ACE certified personal trainer and also holds certifications from TRX and REVO2LUTION Running.
